Abakada Unang Hakbang Sa Pagbasa Pdf
I’m happy to share with you a short story (in Filipino) that I’ve written about a young monkey trying to find the solution to his persistent sneezing. I’ve also made some questions about the story that the student can answer to test his or her comprehension. The PDF file has three pages for the story and two pages for the questions. I thought this would be a nice read-aloud story for young students or an introduction to reading Filipino words that end in -ing or -in. I drew the illustrations of the monkey in the PDF file. The PDF file also features clip art by Kari Bolt and Little Red’s Clipart. A font by Kimberly Geswein was also used.

Happy reading! The tale “This is the House That Jack Built” is a nursery rhyme that is described to be a cumulative tale or a chain tale in which the lines are repeated as the tale progresses.
