Patrician II is a real-time trading simulation featuring elements of construction and the historical background of maritime trade in the North European area between London and Novgorod during the 1300's. There is no information to the 4 points you mentioned. A mod in this forum (german part) wrote there will be a bunch of small changes that are not in the changelog. But i suppose the 4 points are big changes therefore i am not optimistic.

There should not be many versions of the patch, basicly only the EXE could change, from the patch 1.1.3 i think there was only 2 versions of the patch. 1 with more security than the other.

My suggestion is download a patch from where you find a link (gamersgate, gamespot, fileplanet etc) Then install it to another folder, and go there and see what files it have. Backup the ones that will override the original. And try to update, if it don't work revert to the original.

And try to get from another source and repeat the process. It should work with no problems. The patch is not download abel in germany up to now. I think it will be in the late evening or tomorrow. As i read the Kalypso officials, they have learned from the angry response of the english community during Patch 1.1.3.

So the Patch will not be released in germany till they have alle plattforms in germany and for the english version in the UK and US ready to launche the Patch simultaneously. So i think if we will have to wait longer than late evening today, some of the plattform providers for steam and download versions have goofed.

This worked for me last time. Make sure you make a copy of your.exe file. Cheers - thanks. I did use this patch last time but then did a clean reinstall and repatched when I got the official patch through Gamesplanet. BUT it's downloading in the other window.
